I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to client empowerment, meaningful growth in interpersonal effectiveness, and the safe, trauma-informed exploration of attachment-based wounds. Together we will thoughtfully work to better understand your inner world, your relationships, and your goals. From addiction and grief to parenting challenges and life transitions, we will compassionately investigate roadblocks, maladaptive patterns, and sources of resilience to rebuild healthier habits and ways of relating to yourself and others.

Prior to earning my LCSW, I completed a Master’s in Child Development from Tufts University and a post-graduate fellowship in infant–parent mental health from University of Massachusetts Boston. I bring a rich background in understanding the roots of attachment disruptions, the neurobiology of trauma, and their impact on present-day functioning. I am available for in-person and Telehealth appointments for clients located in the state of Tennessee.
